Question: How do I obtain a keycard for the facility? You must be a validated homeowner in Pleasanton Meadows by contacting Kris Sidvers at Association Management @ 462-2138 x100 - You must present two forms of identification and one must have a photo - drivers license, cable bill , cell phone bill. PG & E bill etc and your member dues must also be current. The replacement card cost is $50.00 - If the card is damaged we will exchange your card for another one. Cards will only be issued in person at the office.
